When a decision is made or a situation arises that affects investment rating, or there is information relating financial results, Fuji Fujikawa Engineering & Construction will disclose the information in accordance with both the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other laws and regulations, and the Timely Disclosure Rules of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
In addition, we also proactively disclose information that affects investment rating, even if it does not fall under the Timely Disclosure Rules.

The disclosure of information falling under the Timely Disclosure Rules is made through the Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet) provided by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Disclosed information is posted immediately on this website.
Quiet Period
In order to prevent the leaking of financial information and to ensure impartiality, Fuji Furukawa Engineering & Construction designates the period from the day following the end of the fiscal year to the day of the announcement of financial results a quiet period, during which time we will refrain from responding to inquiries regarding our financial results and earnings forecasts. However, should there occur during the quiet period a matter of importance that ought to be disclosed, an announcement will be made promptly. Further, this does not apply to inquiries regarding publicly-available information.
